Account Registration & Access
By creating an account or completing a purchase on Prompt Vault, you agree to comply with these terms:
- Authentication: You must register using a valid email address via Google OAuth or Magic Link authentication.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Account sharing or unauthorized access transfers are not permitted.
Digital License & Usage Rights
Upon purchasing premium vault access, Prompt Vault grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual digital license to use the AI art prompts:
✓ Allowed Commercial & Personal Use
You have complete freedom to execute the prompts across any AI image generator (Midjourney, Flux.1, DALL-E, Firefly, Stable Diffusion) and use, sell, client-deliver, publish, or commercialize the resulting generated images.
✕ Prohibited License Transfer
You may NOT re-sell, re-bundle, publish, host, sub-license, leak, or distribute the raw prompt text strings or vault database contents as a standalone digital asset collection or competing product.
Payments & Renewable Membership
Details regarding pricing, checkout, and digital delivery:
- —Pricing: A monthly membership of ₹1/month unlocks access to the 50+ premium prompt library and all upcoming weekly prompt drops.
- —Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via UPI / Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment card details or PINs.
- —Digital Goods Refund Policy: Due to the immediate unblurring and copyable nature of text prompt unlocks, all sales are final upon account authorization, except in verified cases of duplicate billing or delivery system failure.
Intellectual Property
All platform branding, code, web interface designs, custom curation logic, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prompt Vault.
Prompt Vault claims no ownership over external AI art platforms (e.g. Midjourney, Black Forest Labs Flux, DALL-E) or the individual image outputs you render on those platforms using our prompts.
Prohibited Conduct
When using Prompt Vault, you agree not to:
- Use automated web scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest prompt text data.
- Attempt to bypass authentication protocols, admin controls, or server security mechanisms.
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or submit false transaction UTR numbers.
Disclaimers, Liability & Governing Law
AI Model Output Variability
Prompts are tested and tuned for high aesthetic fidelity. However, third-party AI image models update continuously. Actual image output may vary based on model version, seed numbers, or parameter settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Vault's aggregate financial liability for any claims shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the user (₹1).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
